4BBB Knockout 2025 Rules

<p>Players must read SWG Competition Rules and Guidelines.</p>
<p>Particular attention is draw to Rule G15c dates offered &amp; G18g availability for finals day.</p>
<p>All players who wish to enter a SWG competition must be in possession of a current, registered WHS handicap. They must have played three qualifying rounds in the previous 12 months prior to the date of each match. This applies to handicap and scratch competitions.</p>
<p>4BBB Rules and Conditions (BB= Better Ball) BB1.</p>
<p>A 4BBB match play Competition played for annually.</p>
<p>BB2. Players entering must be a member of a Club affiliated to SWG or be an associate or individual member of SWG. Pairings do not need to be from the same Club.</p>
<p>BB3. The competition is open to handicap indices plus to 30.0. There will be no maximum limit of 1 stroke per hole. Matches will be played off 90% of full course handicap difference from the lowest player. Rounded Course Handicaps will be used for this competition.</p>
<p>BB4. The &lsquo;Home&rsquo; Team Captain/Player(s) must offer at least three dates and no more than two dates in a seven day period. This must be done by the contact date on the draw sheet, otherwise the opponent(s) may claim &lsquo;Home&rsquo; advantage. Where a player is a member of two clubs or a pair are from different clubs (in the Stirling Salver or 4BBB), they may offer dates at either club. However, in a given round all dates must be at the same club. Whilst it is the responsibility of the Home Team Captain/Player to offer dates, it is expected that both sides will take reasonable actions to arrange dates.</p>
<p>BB5. A pair who are members of different clubs are not restricted as to which course they offer for each round when drawn as the &lsquo;home&rsquo; pair.</p>
<p>BB6. No substitutions will be allowed once the first round has been played.</p>
<p>BB7. Please note - Some players may have multiple home matches or away matches due to the nature of the draw. Round 1 - The players at the top of the draw will play at &ldquo;Home&rdquo;. Round 2 - The players at the bottom of the draw will play at &ldquo;Home&rdquo; Round 3 - The players at the top of the draw will play at &ldquo;Home&rdquo;. Round 4 - The players at the bottom of the draw will play at &ldquo;Home&rdquo;</p>

<p>Semi-finals will be held at a neutral venue, organised by SWG. Play by 21th Sept ( Contact by 21st Aug )</p>
