Burditt Salver Knockout 2025 Rules

<p>Players must read SWG Competition Rules and Guidelines. Particular attention is draw to Rule G15c dates offered &amp; G18g availability for finals day. Burditt Salver Match Play Rules and Conditions (B = Burditt) B1. An individual singles match play competition played annually. B2. The competition is open to all who are 60 years of age or over on the closing date. B3. Matches will be played off full difference in course handicap and there is no maximum limit of 1 stroke per hole. B4. The &lsquo;Home&rsquo; Player must offer at least three dates and no more than two dates in a seven day period. This must be done by the contact date on the draw sheet, otherwise the opponent(s) may claim &lsquo;Home&rsquo; advantage. Where a player is a member of two clubs or a pair are from different clubs (in the Stirling Salver or 4BBB), they may offer dates at either club. However, in a given round all dates must be at the same club. Whilst it is the responsibility of the Home Team Captain/Player to offer dates, it is expected that both sides will take reasonable actions to arrange dates. B5. Note - Some players may have multiple home matches or away matches due to the nature of the draw. Round 1 The player at the top of the draw will play at Home. Round 2 The player at the bottom of the draw will play at Home Round 3 The player at the top of the draw will play at Home Round 4 The player at the bottom of the draw will play at Home The Semi-Final will be played at a neutral venue The Final is play ON (not play by) 5th Oct 2025</p>
