Knockout - Monk PLate Rules
Please consult the General Rules and Conditions that apply to all SWG knock-out Competitions. (Rules G1-G26), Issue 21v

Monk Plate Rules and Conditions - (R=Rothschild)
R1. An individual scratch singles match play Competition played annually.
R2. The Competition is open to players with handicap indices plus to 12.0 on the closing date.
R3. If player(s) are going to be unavailable for an extended period they should consider whether it is appropriate to enter the competition.
R4. First round losers will automatically be entered into the Monk Plate. The above rules will apply.
R5. The player drawn at ‘Home’ must offer at least 3 dates to her opponent and they should all be on a weekend or a Bank Holiday. Play on weekdays is permissible provided that both players are in agreement. Tee times for each match should be at least 4 hours before sunset.
R6. HOME ADVANTAGE:
Round 1 - Player at the top of the draw will play at Home.
Round 2 - Player at the bottom of draw will play at Home
Semi-Final - will be played at a neutral venue
Final will be played at Malden GC
