Stovold team win against Hampshire

The Stovold team played a very good Hampshire team at Hartley Wintney. The foursomes were tight but Surrey managed to win 2-1. After a substantial meal of lasagna the team headed out for the singles. They knew it wouldn't be easy and so it proved but we split the matches 3-3 resulting in an overall Surrey win 5-4. Well done team and thank you Hampshire for the fantastic match and hospitality. Our final match on 29th August is against Middlesex at St George's Hill.
